Jerry Jones's grandson, QB John Stephen Jones, commits to Arkansas
John Stephen Jones, the son of Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones, was one of the best quarterbacks in Texas this year, leading his Highland Park team to a state title.
He did so by throwing for an incredible 4,911 yards and a whopping 61 touchdowns, to go with only four interceptions. He also added 10 touchdowns on the ground.
On Sunday, he announced that he’d follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and attend the University of Arkansas, as you can see in the tweet below:

According to the 247Sports composite, Jones is the No. 54 pro-style quarterback in the class of 2018 and the No. 239 overall recruit from the state of Texas.
After putting up such big numbers in high school, it’s strange that Jones isn’t getting more love from recruiting services, but now he’ll head to Fayetteville and try to prove his doubters wrong.
