KJ Jefferson is coming back for another season at Arkansas.

Jefferson is eligible to enter the NFL Draft, but he announced Friday that he is opting to return for a redshirt senior season with the Razorbacks. He shared the news on his Instagram account:

“I want to thank God for directing me to Arkansas to start my college career. I want to thank my mom for always being there, through good times and bad. I have learned so much from Coach (Sam) Pittman and Coach (Kendal) Briles on and off the field and can’t thank them enough.

“As for the Arkansas fans, I have always loved playing for you all and the support you have given me is unmatched. With that said, it’s time to fulfill my dreams…and my dreams wouldn’t be complete without one more year on The Hill. GO HOGS”

This season, Jefferson was 185-of-271 passing (68.3% complete) for 2,361 yards, 22 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. Jefferson also rushed 144 times for 510 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Jefferson and the Hogs will learn their bowl assignment on Sunday.
