The Razorbacks are headed out west!

Arkansas has announced a new home-and-home series on Wednesday as the Hogs plan to travel out to Salt Lake City to face Utah on Sept. 12, 2026. Utah will then make the return trip to Fayetteville on Sept. 16, 2028.

Arkansas and Utah have never met on the gridiron.

Following this news, the Razorbacks now have two nonconference matchups set for the 2026 and 2028 seasons — both against the same team — as Arkansas is set to host Memphis in 2026 and 2028. The program needs to have four nonconference matchups set up to complete its schedule for those seasons.

This Utah series adds to some great nonconference matchups the Razorbacks have in coming seasons as a trip to Notre Dame (2020), a home game against Texas (2021), a trip to BYU (in 2022), the return date for BYU (2023), a trip to Oklahoma State (2024), the return home game against Notre Dame (2025) and the return trip from Oklahoma State (2027) are already on the slate for the program in the coming seasons.
