Bryan Harsin shared numerous Auburn injury updates after Auburn held its first scrimmage of the spring on Friday. The headlining injury news in Harsin’s press conference was that running back Jarquez Hunter is out for the remainder of spring practice.

Hunter will be sidelined 8-10 weeks after having a procedure on his leg. Harsin described the procedure as “cleanup.”

Hunter, a sophomore, rushed for 593 yards and 3 touchdowns last season. He should be good to go for player-led summer activities and fall camp.

Hunter was one of the numerous players mentioned as Harsin updated the injury report.

Auburn’s A-Day spring game is set for April 9.
