Bryan Harsin future: ESPN insider names 2 Power 5 programs that could show immediate interest in fired Auburn coach
Bryan Harsin has officially been fired as Auburn’s head coach. His buyout will reportedly be north of $15.5 million, with half of that to be paid within 30 days.
But, per ESPN’s Pete Thamel, it’s possible Harsin is back in the head coaching ranks in 2023.
Per Thamel, Harsin’s success at Boise State prior to taking the Auburn job could put him in contention for the Arizona State and Colorado jobs:
Bryan Harsin could well re-enter college football in this coaching cycle. His profile of success out West would immediately put him under consideration at Arizona State and Colorado. Even going 9-12 at Auburn, Harsin has won 70-percent of his career games in 10 seasons.

Arizona State parted ways with Herm Edwards earlier this season and Colorado fired head coach Karl Dorrell after both got off to horrible starts in 2022.
Will we see Harsin in the Pac-12 next season? The coaching carousel is just getting started!
