The move will mark a return to his home state for Crawford, who is a native of Shreveport.
As a high school senior, Crawford was rated by the 247Sport Composite as the 69th-best wide receiver prospect in the country and the No. 23 overall player in Louisiana’s 2022 class.
Crawford was injured in fall camp and did not play for the Cornhuskers in 2022. But he garnered notoriety thanks to his name helping land him an NIL Deal with a Nebraska HVAC company
