Nashville is a not a college town. The city doesn't revolve around Vanderbilt. I would probably put Auburn, Athens or Oxford or Tuscaloosa at the top of the list. Knoxville would be close, but TVA & Oak Ridge doesn't allow UT to dominate the town and its activity.
