I respect your opinion, but I don't see any success with Leach. He's ok if you want to consistently be a middle of the road team. Plus, the SEC is the closest thing to NFL speed than any conference. The air raid won't work as a long term offense in the SEC. They're going to have a hard getting to receiver recruits to come, and they will also have a hard time keeping in state recruits with his attitude and unwillingness to adapt if things go wrong. I was flabbergasted when he was hired. I honestly don't see him lasting long here.
You're right this is a coaching problem. He has to adjust to what he have. This o-line is note use to the extra wide splits on the o-line that the air raid call for. He should go to normal splits most of the time then sprinkle in the wide here and there. It's all about babysteps and adjusting.
