Well I don't think you wait until someone wants him and then try and give him more money it's like why are you giving me a raise after I interviewed for another job you should have given me more money before now if you wanted to keep me. Do you mind of understand why you give him a raise now plus he has given Tennesseee a 8-4 regular season record plus a bowl game and could be 9-4 in what 3 years that's not to bad after the mess he had to deal with. Not to mention he is pretty much at the bottom of the pay scale for SEC coaches. Go vols

I think it is funny that Georgia fans are like ok fire the OC but the DC is the only bright spot this year so we should keep him. Then next year its fire the DC because our defense is terrible.
