Florida fans (and coaches) have been waiting for a while now to see what would happen with several suspended players, the most notable of whom include WR Antonio Callaway and RB Jordan Scarlett.

On Monday afternoon, it was revealed that both star players, as well as DE Jordan Smith, LB James Houston and DE Keivonnis Davis, would be charged with felonies for fraud, in addition to other charges.

OnlyGators.com reported on Monday that all nine suspended players were facing felony charges.

Coach Jim McElwain commented on the charges during his Monday press conference, saying the felony accusations definitely change things in terms of their suspensions:

It’ll be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks, but as of right now, it doesn’t look like Callaway, Scarlett and the others will be taking the field for the Gators any time soon.
