The Florida Gators landed graduate transfer F Kerry Blackshear Jr. and are bringing in a great 2019 recruiting class.

However, all that positive news has taken an effect on the roster’s depth. On Wednesday, it was reported that the Gators were losing a redshirt freshman big man.

Per college hoops insider Jeff Goodman, Isaiah Stokes will enter his name in the NCAA transfer portal and explore his options:

Stokes played in 26 games this past season, averaging 7.1 minutes, 2.7 points and 1.0 rebounds per contest. Where he ends up next remains to be seen, but it seems he doesn’t think there’s room for him in Gainesville.
