Georgia defensive lineman Jonathan Ledbetter was arrested early Sunday morning for DUI and underage possession of alcohol.

Dawgs247 reports that Ledbetter was still in Athens-Clarke County jail as of 9:14 a.m. He was initially booked at 6:05 a.m with a $1,500 bond for the DUI and $500 for underage possession.

In March, Ledbetter, 19, was arrested for underage drinking and possessing a fake ID. The charges were dropped in May, however, by Athens-Clarke Solicitor General C.R. Chisholm after reviewing the officer’s body camera footage of the arrest and finding issues with the way the evidence was obtained, determining the search of Ledbetter’s wallet was unlawful.

Despite the charges being dropped, Ledbetter was expected to remain suspended for violating the university’s alcohol policy for student-athletes.
