Georgia freshman quarterback Jacob Eason can really spin it, and in fact, he looked better than veteran signal callers Greyson Lambert and Brice Ramsey.

How fast will Kirby Smart and Jim Chaney push their future young star?

If I had to guess at this point, UGA will start Lambert game one; however, Eason will play early and often, and he should be the starter who finishes the season. He’s that good.

Eason completed 19-of-29 passes for 244 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s G-Day game, and the crowd exited the stadium completely smitten by their young superstar. Following Saturday’s performance, Eason thanked the UGA crowd on Twitter.

SEC Network analyst “Booger” McFarland was so impressed he said Eason could be the SEC’s best passer already.

Do you think the Eason hype train is out of control? Hold on, because it’s just getting started.
