Georgia RB Kendall Milton has shown some flashes of being another strong running back in Georgia’s never-ending stable of strong runners.

However, after recording 2 carries for 18 yards in Saturday’s loss to Florida, the talented back suffered a painful knee injury and hobbled off the field.

On Sunday morning, Milton’s father, Chris, took to Twitter and revealed that Kendall has a slight MCL strain:

Considering how things looked when Milton was injured, that is a pretty positive diagnosis. It seems Milton could be back in action soon.

For now, though, Georgia has plenty of depth at running back, so Milton can wait until he’s fully healthy again to return to the field.
