Kenny McIntosh may be leaving Georgia for the NFL Draft, but he still has thoughts on his former squad.

Recently, McIntosh weighed in on Georgia’s QB situation for the 2023 season, making his prediction for who will replace Stetson Bennett IV as the starter.

Per DawgNation, McIntosh predicts that Carson Beck will step up to lead the offense next season:

“I believe Carson Beck will have to be that leader,” McIntosh said. “You also have Kendall (Milton) in the backfield, and then Pops (Jamon Dumas-Johnson) on defense.

“But offensively, Carson Beck will have to step up and be a leader and earn that trust.”

Whoever Georgia chooses as a starter will have plenty of weapons to work with. Milton returns to the backfield, among other talented players. The Bulldogs still have Brock Bowers, perhaps the best tight end in college football, returning. Mizzou transfer Dominic Lovett will figure to lead the revamped receiving corps.

Beck will be highly scrutinized during spring practices, so we’ll see if he impresses over the next few weeks.
