Mike Bobo has a well-established history at Georgia, but for some Bulldog fans, that may not be a great thing.

For a fan base that’s well-known for being finicky, recently toward Stetson Bennett, and previously about Bobo, this is a fresh reaction to an old debate. With news that Todd Monken is leaving Georgia as offensive coordinator for the same role with the Baltimore Ravens, reports quickly surfaced that Bobo would replace him.

Bobo was previously Georgia’s offensive coordinator under Mark Richt before he left to be the coach at Colorado State. He then returned to the SEC at South Carolina, and later Auburn, at each program as OC, before he returned to Georgia as quality control coordinator.
