Freshman Georgia CB Tyrique Stevenson was arrested early Sunday morning in Athens, according to Athens-Clarke County public records.

The records show Stevenson was arrested at 2:42 a.m. for a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. He was released on $1,000 bail at 3:26 a.m. Stevenson is the second Georgia football player arrested this week and third of the month.

A class of 2019 recruit, Stevenson enrolled early at UGA, allowing him to take part in spring practice with the Bulldogs. The Miami Southridge product was rated the No. 3 cornerback, No. 4 Florida product and No. 37 prospect of the class overall nationally on the 247Sports Composite. The one-time UF commit chose the Bulldogs over Miami and others.

Multiple Georgia beat reporters shared the news of Stevenson’s arrest via social media Sunday.
