Dan Dakich says Kentucky dealt with 'worst officiating of the year' in loss at Auburn
The Kentucky Wildcats battled hard, but ended up losing at Auburn on Saturday night.
The game was full of fouls, as the Wildcats were whistled for 29 fouls and the Tigers were called for 20. That led to Auburn making 33 of its 44 free-throw attempts.
While the game was going on, basketball analyst Dan Dakich tweeted that it was the worst officiating he’s seen this year, as you can see below:
The worst officiating of the year in UK Auburn..UK was absolutely taken out of this game.. Terrible

Kentucky fell to 16-5 with the loss and 6-2 in SEC play. The Wildcats are still within striking distance of LSU atop the SEC standings, but Saturday’s loss hurt.
It seems there have been a lot of fouls called in the SEC this year, so we’ll see if the conference addresses it in the coming weeks.
