ESPN analyst Seth Greenberg shares his thoughts on this year's up-and-down Kentucky team
The Kentucky Wildcats haven’t been the dominant basketball team they’ve been in years past, and that is affecting their standing in the NCAA Tournament projections.
Currently, coach John Calipari’s squad is projected to be a No. 6 seed by ESPN bracketology expert Joe Lunardi, and with an 18-9 overall record (7-7 in SEC play), the Cats are far from a safe bet this postseason.
On Monday afternoon, ESPN college basketball analyst Seth Greenberg joined “The Paul Finebaum Show” to discuss how far he thinks the Wildcats can go in March:
"They're not a #FinalFour team. I'm not sure they are a 2nd weekend team. But, they are a NCAA Tournament team" – @SethOnHoops on Kentucky pic.twitter.com/gxj2JFoSBX

At this point, it seems Kentucky is still a lock to make the NCAA Tournament, but it will be interesting to see where the Cats end up in the bracket.
If all goes well, this is a team that could make a deep tourney run, but they haven’t shown that ability so far this year, a couple of flashes of brilliance aside.
