The Kentucky Wildcats fell on Saturday afternoon at Tennessee, a disappointing loss for a team that entered the game No. 11 in the College Football Playoff rankings.

However, coach Mark Stoops got some good news on Sunday, as a talented JUCO wide receiver announced he was committing to the Wildcats.

As you can see in the tweet below, 3-star JUCO WR JaVonte Richardson — who actually signed with Kentucky as a member of the 2017 class before heading to JUCO — announced he would be heading to Lexington next fall:

According to the 247Sports composite, Richardson is the No. 2 JUCO receiver in the class of 2019 and the No. 2 overall JUCO recruit from Ohio. Richardson currently plays for Iowa Western Community College.

The Wildcats now have 20 commitments in their 2019 class, which currently ranks No. 12 in the SEC and No. 34 nationally, per 247Sports.
