After former LSU RB Derrius Guice went down with a torn ACL in his preseason debut on Thursday night, the LSU family got some more bad news.

The Kansas City Chiefs lost another former Tiger, OL Dillon Gordon, for the season in their preseason debut on Thursday.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Gordon will miss the entire 2018 campaign after suffering a shoulder injury:

Gordon was an undrafted free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft, eventually signing with the Philadelphia Eagles. He finished the 2017 season on the Chiefs’ practice squad.

Gordon wasn’t projected as a starter for the 2018 season, but every team needs depth, and the Chiefs’ depth took a hit on Thursday night.
