LSU running back Leonard Fournette is unlikely to play in Saturday’s game at Florida, said coach Ed Orgeron during Wednesday SEC teleconference.

Fournette has already missed two games this season because of an ailing ankle injury.
“I don’t know if he’s going to play,” Orgeron said earlier this week. “Day by day. I don’t know if he’s going to practice today.”
In three games, Fournette has rushed for 386 yards and two touchdowns on 5.8 yards per attempt. Sophomore Derrius Guice, who Orgeron says reminds him of former USC running back Reggie Bush, leads the team with 402 yards and four touchdowns and is expected to continue filling Fournette’s role in his absence.
Coach O says Derrius Guice's ability to cut on the field reminds him of former USC RB Reggie Bush.
