LSU has finalized its spring practice schedule.

The Tigers will begin spring practice on March 5 in Baton Rouge. Their annual spring will be played on April 13.

LSU also shared what dates it will be practicing this spring. Here’s the full announcement:

This will be the first opportunity for fans to get a look at LSU’s 2024 roster. The Tigers are expected to look much different in 2024 as they’ve made big changes on both sides of the ball this offseason.

Quarterback Jayden Daniels is off to the NFL after winning the Heisman Trophy this past season, so the Tigers will have a new QB under center in 2024. Garrett Nussmeier is the early favorite to take over as the team’s starting quarterback. LSU also lost offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock to Notre Dame. Joe Sloan and Cortez Hankton will serve as LSU’s co-offensive coordinators in 2024.

Defensively, Brian Kelly chose to overhaul the Tigers’ staff on that side of the ball this offseason. LSU has a new defensive coordinator in Blake Baker as well as several other new assistant coaches. Bo Davis and Corey Raymond are amongst LSU’s other high-profile hires on its new-look defensive staff.

LSU will be hoping to compete for a spot in the expanded College Football Playoff next season.
