LSU will reportedly open 2024 season against Pac-12 powerhouse in Las Vegas
So much for the “Alliance” between the Big Ten, ACC and Pac-12, it seems.
One day after the 3 conferences announced their scheduling alliance, a Pac-12 powerhouse reportedly finalized a deal to play an SEC power.
Per Sports Illustrated’s Ross Dellenger, LSU and USC will reportedly open the season at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Labor Day Weekend:

LSU is also set to host UCLA, Rice and South Alabama as part of its 2024 nonconference schedule.
Both LSU and USC are historically strong programs. The game in Los Angeles should be a fun one, especially for fans who make the trip!
