T-Bob Hebert has zero doubt in his mind that No. 14 LSU is going to take down host No. 8 Alabama this weekend in the highly anticipated SEC West showdown.

During an appearance on The Next Round, the former LSU offensive lineman unleashed a colorful tirade about what he deems is the weakened state of the Crimson Tide.

“It’s looking like we’ve got some Alabama on the menu. What better way to kick off Turkey Season than feasting on the flesh of a declining empire,” Hebert said. “…Nobody ever wants to be alive during civilizational decline…Guess what Alabama? That’s you.”

Hebert continued his trash talk with sharing the results of recent Alabama losses against Georgia and LSU, whom he determines are more potent.

“Let’s be painfully clear. You’ve already been cooked by Kirby. Brian Kelly beat you last year. 2 out of 4. About to be 2 in a row and 3 out of 5,” Hebert said. “You’re on the cusp of not winning a national championship in 3 years for the first time ever in the Saban era in Tuscaloosa.”

Hebert concludes by poking fun at Alabama fans while issuing a warning about LSU’s national title chances.

“You have already peaked. You will never experience the consistent greatness that you have had over the last 20 [years] no matter what. It ain’t happening,” Hebert said. “…On the other end, LSU is on the up and up. BK is coming for that natty.”
