Videos: First look at LSU offense under Matt Canada
LSU opened spring practice on Saturday. In the eyes of many, the biggest story line will be how the offense looks under new coordinator Matt Canada.
The new play-caller’s intensity was obvious in some of the videos taken by reporters at practice.

According to The Advocate’s Ross Dellenger, Canada appears to be a perfect fit with coach Ed Orgeron’s fiery personality:
“Danny,” Canada yelled toward No. 1 QB Danny Etling during a drill after an under-thrown pass, “throw the ball, brother!”
“Higher!” he screamed at the other QBs.
“This is a fast drill,” he barked while players lagged in effort at one point.
He even gestured toward reporters, lining one sideline.
“Heads up over there, folks! Running right at you!”
Canada was recently named one of Saturday Down South’s six coordinators who will make a big impact in 2017.
