The Mississippi State Bulldogs enter Saturday afternoon’s game in Tuscaloosa as heavy underdogs against the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide.

However, crazy upsets happen all the time in college football, and Mississippi State has a stout defense that can slow down top offenses.

Many focus on Jeffery Simmons, Montez Sweat and the Bulldogs’ defensive line, but on SportsCenter on Saturday morning, SEC Network analyst Tim Tebow said the matchup between the Mississippi State secondary and the Alabama wide receivers will be the key to the game:

“Can the secondary tackle in space against these receivers like Jerry Jeudy?” Tebow asked. “That will be the key to this game.”

No one has been able to slow down the Alabama offense so far, but the Bulldogs have as good of a shot as anyone.

Will they be able to get the job done? Tune in to CBS at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time to find out.
