LOOK: Mizzou fans flock to Twitter to voice their displeasure with Barry Odom after loss to South Carolina
Last year, the Missouri Tigers were 1-4 through their first five games and coach Barry Odom gave a fiery speech saying he was the man to turn things around.
He might want to get another speech ready, even though the Tigers are 3-2 through five games this season. After a brutal loss at South Carolina on Saturday, fans are once again fed up with the Mizzou head coach.
After some questionable decisions, a lack of discipline and some bad play-calling on Saturday, many fans took to Twitter to voice their displeasure with Odom.
As you can see below, some fans even called for Odom to be fired:
Please fire Barry Odom. This isn’t working. #Mizzou

Winning the last 4 games last year set this program back 5 years. Sterk needs to pull the trigger on Odom. The last two weeks fall directly on the coaching staff. Poorly prepared two weeks in a row.

Is Barry Odom Kim Anderson 2.0? #mizzou

There are plenty of coaches out there. Unfortunately Mizzou won’t pay a coach to turn this around. 6 or 7 wins isn’t a good season. I’m sure Odom is a nice guy but his teams seem unprepared.

It’s time for @MizzouFootball to move on from Odom. He was a really good defensive coordinator but has not been able to get the best out of his team as a head coach.

The Tigers take on Alabama in Tuscaloosa next weekend, so things will likely get worse before they get better for Odom.
The Week 8 homecoming game against Memphis now looms large as a seeming must-win game for Odom.
