Following the 2018-19 season, Mizzou big men Jeremiah Tilmon and Jontay Porter both declared for the 2019 NBA Draft.

With the NBA Combine set to start on Wednesday, decision time is coming for many players, and it seems the two Tiger bigs have made theirs.

Per coach Cuonzo Martin on Tuesday, Porter will stay in this year’s draft class, while Tilmon will return to Mizzou for his senior season (via STLToday.com):

Missouri coach Cuonzo Martin confirmed four developments for the Tigers’ roster on Tuesday:

Jontay Porter is staying in the NBA draft and won’t return to school.

Jeremiah Tilmon is not going through the NBA draft evaluation process and will stay at MU for his junior season.

Porter has been mentioned as a potential first-round pick, even after re-tearing his ACL earlier this year.

Tilmon, meanwhile, has potential, but coming back to school will only help him improve his 2020 (or 2021) NBA Draft stock.
