Missouri’s 2018 recruit class got a nice holiday surprise from Dallas receiver Danny Gray Tuesday as the 6-foot-1, 174-pound Texan pledged to join the Tigers’ latest class.

Rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports, the recruiting service also lists Gray as the nation’s No. 60 receiver and the No. 46 overall prospect from Texas in the 2018 recruiting cycle. Following Gray’s commitment, Mizzou now has four prospects pledged to the 2018 recruiting class, none of which are natives of Missouri.

Gray made his announcement Tuesday with the following statement posted on Twitter:

During the span of his last two high school seasons, Gray has registered over 1,600 receiving yards while catching an impressive 22 touchdowns.
