Darnell Washington measured 6-6 1/2 at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis recently. Let’s just say the big Georgia tight end wasn’t happy about that.

Especially when compared with Old Dominion TE Zack Kuntz, who measured 6-7 and appears shorter than Washington, the Combine measurement seemed off for the Georgia star.

At Georgia’s Pro Day, Washington measured in at 6-7, setting the record straight:

“We got that fixed today,” Washington said about his height measurement.

Washington is a potential late-Round 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, so every little thing helps his stock. Now we’ll see how he performs at Georgia’s Pro Day during the on-field drills.

The 2023 NFL Draft begins on Thursday, April 27, in Kansas City.
