Amidst all the chaos of the college football weekend, former Georgia Bulldog and current analyst David Pollack shared some positive news that matters far more than anything that occurred on a field.
Pollack’s wife, Lindsey, has been undergoing a battle with brain cancer that has required multiple surgeries, but Pollack revealed that she just won a sizable fight in that endeavor.
While attending a high school football game on Friday night, Pollack received a call from his wife’s doctor, who revealed some miraculous news.
Update on my Babydoll. Man I hope this encourages someone in the battle today. Thank you isnโt enough to all of you that have been praying for us. No greater gift you can give someone.
Her oncologist called me Friday during our HS football game. He left a voicemail that said this, Um, the results came back stunning. Like, no tumor. I mean, it’s, it’s, we don’t completely understand it. But give me a call and I’ll explain what we think maybe going on and tell you how we resume.
He doesnโt understand, but we doโฆ GOD and PRAYER!!!! Thank you for faithfully praying! WHAT A GOD!!
While his wife’s battle isn’t entirely over, Pollack’s excitement over the news was tangible through his written words.
