Eliah Drinkwitz is entering a critical 4th season as head coach of the Missouri Tigers.

While he has accounted for a 17-19 overall record in his 3 tough seasons at Missouri, he is keeping a positive perspective.

Drinkwitz was on Marty & McGee on Tuesday where he talked about positivity and perspective with his players and coaches:

“If you’re going to have perspective in this business, you better love your players and the people you coach with every single day and you better not lose focus on that because if you do, you’re cynical,” Drinkwitz said. “If you don’t love your players and the people you work with, you’re going to get cynical. That’s how I try to keep perspective. You get good days and bad days, the bad days are out there, but when I have those bad day, I try to remember, got to love your worst.”

Drinkwitz brings a little positive outlook in a heated and often negative SEC atmosphere.
