Florida announces October matchup versus LSU is a sellout

Florida announced its Oct. 15 matchup against LSU is a sellout on Wednesday, just over a month and a half before the game.
This is head coach Billy Napier’s second sellout in his time at Florida and the Gators have yet to play a game. Florida’s season opener against No. 7 Utah Saturday is also a sellout.

And Napier is very familiar with the state of Louisiana. The first-year coach moved due east from Louisiana University after four years at the head of the Ragin’ Cajuns program.
The Gators have a rough schedule ahead of their bout with the Tigers. They face Tennessee, Kentucky and Utah before the Oct. 15 date.
