Former 5-star OL Calvin Ashley has had quite a journey through the college football ranks after starting his career at Auburn.
He transferred to FAU before the 2019 season, but then entered the NCAA transfer portal without appearing in a game for the Owls.
He ended up at Florida A&M, but after the MEAC announced it wouldn’t play football this fall, Ashley was left in a tough spot. As you can see below, he announced he’d declare for the 2021 NFL Draft via Twitter:

At 6-7 and 330 pounds, Ashley definitely has the size necessary to be an NFL offensive linemen. He also has the recruiting pedigree.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, he was the No. 26 overall player in the 2017 class and the No. 6 overall offensive tackle.
