Georgia heads to Columbia to take on Missouri in its penultimate game of the 2020 regular season. The Bulldogs have not played since their win against South Carolina on Nov. 28.
Ahead of the game, the Dawgs announced their captains for the game on Saturday on their Twitter account. A trio of seniors—offensive lineman Ben Cleveland, defensive lineman Malik Herring and linebacker Monty Rice—have been given the honors this time around.
Rice has registered 46 tackles while adding 4.0 tackles for a loss, ranking 2nd on the team in total stops. Herring sits at 17 tackles, 1.0 sacks and 2 passes defensed, while Cleveland has started every game this year at right guard while winning the conference’s SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week twice.
The Bulldogs have won 6 straight against the Tigers dating back to 2014. Mizzou, though, will be looking to spring an upset and hand Eli Drinkwitz his biggest win to date as it has won 3 straight.
Kickoff is at noon on Saturday on the SEC Network.
