Georgia is looking at a return to power in 2024 after falling one game short of the College Football Playoff.

During the 2023 season, Kirby Smart and his Bulldogs fell victim to a classic Nick Saban performance by Alabama in Atlanta. That outcome pushed the Crimson Tide into the Playoff while Georgia was left to take out its frustrations against Florida State in the Orange Bowl.

Heading into 2024, all odds currently point to Georgia being back among the elite teams in the country. And, with Saban retiring, the Bulldogs are projected to have an edge in that matchup, even on the road in Tuscaloosa.

According to early 2024 odds produced by FanDuel, Georgia is a 3-point favorite for a Sept. 28 game against Alabama in Tuscaloosa. It’s also worth noting that will be the SEC opener for the Crimson Tide under new head coach Kalen DeBoer.

The Bulldogs also hit the offseason as a double-digit favorite for the season opener against Clemson. That game will be played in Atlanta as the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.

While fans wait for the 2024 football season, college basketball season is in full swing with March Madness right around the corner. Caesars North Carolina will also be coming in the near future as a place for fans to track all the odds and trends moving forward.
