It’s more than just his impressive play on the field that makes Jalen Hurts a fan favorite everywhere he plays. Hurts also happens to be one of the most likable players off the field as well.

The Philadelphia Eagles’ season is done but Hurts gave football fans another reason to cheer recently. As tweeted by ESPN, the video below shows Hurts surprising a family whose child is battling cancer with a $30,000 donation toward a new home. The video is from Alex’s Lemonade, a nonprofit fighting childhood cancer.

“I’m happy they’re happy,” Hurts says in the video after surprising the family. “I’m just praying for nothing but positivity and sending them nothing but blessings moving forward. It was a good day. Today was a great day.”
