Jon Sumrall has hilarious reaction to Florida being favored against Ole Miss

The 2 biggest winners of Week 3 in the SEC were undoubtedly the Ole Miss Rebels, who knocked off the LSU Tigers in Lane Kiffin‘s return to Oxford, and the Florida Gators, who went on the road and beat Auburn at night in Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Following both of their impressive wins this past Saturday, these 2 undefeated SEC squads are now getting ready to face off against each other in one of the biggest matchups Week 4 has to offer at The Swamp.
Surprisingly enough, the oddsmakers in Vegas actually listed the No. 21 Gators as early home favorites over the No. 4 Rebels in their opening Week 4 lines. When reporters asked Florida head coach Jon Sumrall what he thought about his team being favored against Ole Miss, he delivered one of the best reactions we’ve seen from a coach so far this season.
While the Gators’ Week 3 win over Auburn was certainly a massive momentum builder for Sumrall in his first with the Gators, it’s clear he has no misgivings about the step up in competition Ole Miss represents.
Following their win against LSU, the Rebels are arguably the best team in the entire country, and they also have arguably the best player in all of college football in star quarterback Trinidad Chambliss.
Florida is going to have its hands full next Saturday, and this reality is not lost on Sumrall. That being said, if the Gators can pull off the win, then his first season in Gainesville could end up being truly special.
