Jordan-Hare Stadium is set to have renovations to the north end zone and video board, and the details will go before the Auburn Board of Trustees next month.

The Feb. 2 meeting will cover how Auburn will plan to use LBYD Engineers of Birmingham, Alabama, to facilitate an “accelerated design process.”

“The project will provide a new, modern video board to improve the fan experience,” according to documents on the Board of Trustees web site.

Cohen in November said on Tiger Talk that the north end zone in the stadium would include a new video board and suites. He said the engineers have taken inspiration from Razorback Stadium in Arkansas, and the architects and engineers were expected to visit Notre Dame in recent months.

The changes would be an upgrade for fans, especially students, who Cohen said are unable to see the video board easily.

Auburn’s previous major renovation was in 2018 when it added a new recruiting center and press box and the locker room was expanded.
