Auburn may be losing some depth on the line of scrimmage heading into camp as redshirt freshman offensive lineman Justin Osborne has entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal.

Osborne redshirted during his first season for Auburn and has yet to see the field for the Tigers.

As always, it should be noted that just because a player has entered the NCAA transfer portal, that does not mean the player won’t return to the program. Entering the portal simply allows other programs and coaches the ability to reach out to the player regarding a potential transfer.

The Flower Mound, Texas native was a three-star prospect in the 2019 recruiting cycle. His prep career began at Marcus High School before he transferred to IMG Academy to finish out his high school career.

The Tigers were already dealing with the reality of replacing the team’s entire starting offensive line this fall.
