LSU gains commitment from top-50 2018 athlete Tae Provens

LSU added to its 2018 recruiting class on Saturday when 3-star athlete Tae Provens committed to the Tigers.
Provens, a 5-11, 187-pound athlete who is listed primarily as a running back, announced his decision on Twitter Saturday night:

According to the 247Sports composite, Provens is the No. 50 athlete in the class of 2018 and the No. 22 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
Provens is the 20th player to join LSU’s 2018 class, which currently ranks No. 1 in the SEC and No. 3 nationally.
