SEC Shorts is back with another LSU-themed sketch. This week, the other SEC teams are trying to hold an intervention for the troublemaking Tigers, but things don’t quite go as planned.
As one might expect, LSU is feeling pretty good after a 51-10 Week 1 blowout of Clemson, in which Lane Kiffin‘s team didn’t even have to play the former pros with eligibility obtained via court orders. LSU feels like it is owed apologies.
In Monday’s clip, Dabo Swinney is reaching out to Liberty about a coaching opportunity. His massive buyout of $57 million, however, looks to be a problem.

The intervention gets off to a rough start, as LSU is quick to fire back at Arkansas about its less-than-impressive win over North Alabama. Auburn did not understand the assignment, leading LSU to question AU about almost losing to a Baylor team with an injured DJ Lagway. Florida chimes in that two-legged DJ Lagway might not have been much better.
When asked to air grievances, Alabama wants to talk about Ryan Coleman-Williams’ drops. The intervention is interrupted by LSU’s DoorDash order for 15 cups of cold gumbo and Michigan looking to drop off a big bag of cash to Big Ten replay officials. But LSU and Texas may be forming a bond as conference disruptors.
