Oklahoma dominated the No. 2 team in the country to give Porter Moser the biggest win of his Sooners tenure. Saturday in Norman, it was all Oklahoma as OU defeated Alabama 93-69.

Sooners hoops fans called Nate Oats’ Crimson Tide team overrated, but that didn’t stop them from storming the court at Lloyd Noble Center to celebrate the lopsided win.

A 17-point game at the half (50-33), Oklahoma’s largest lead came late in the second half at 91-59 before Alabama closed out with a 10-2 run to slightly cut the deficit. There was only 1 tie and 1 lead change, as Oklahoma led for 38 minutes and 40 seconds.

Oklahoma shot 58% from the floor, including 69% from behind the 3-point line (9-of-13). Alabama made 38% of its field-goal attempts and 27% of its 3-pointers (6-of-22). While turnovers and total rebounds were about even, Oklahoma managed 17 assists to Alabama’s 6.

Oklahoma had 2 players score more than 25 points. Grant Sherfield led all scorers with 30 points, while Jalen Hill had 26.

OU is now 12-9 on the year, while UA falls to 18-3.
