SEC Shorts is back for the 2026 college football season.

With the growing popularity of the transfer portal, it can be hard to keep up with year-to-year roster changes. That’s the theme of Monday’s SEC Shorts.

Fans hilariously struggle through the game show “Who’s On My Team Now?” While it’s about 2026, a couple of former SEC players are favorite targets.

As one might expect, every mention of the No. 5 comes with legal action from Jayden Daniels after the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner sent LSU a cease-and-desist letter about using his name, image and likeness after allowing DJ Pickett to wear his former jersey number.

College football fans everywhere got used to seeing Diego Pavia as Vanderbilt‘s quarterback. While Pavia has exhausted his college eligibility (barring another court order), the show’s host hilariously struggles through trying to figure out what the former Vandy QB is up to these days.

Numerous fans come up empty when trying to name new players. Some fans learn that their standout players have transferred elsewhere.

It’s a strong start to the 2026 season for SEC Shorts; we’ll see what the crew brings next week ahead of Week 1.
