WATCH: Stephen A. Smith shares clip of his motivational speech to Alabama players

ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith only has one volume, and that is loud. So, it should come as no surprise that he was passionate in his speech to Alabama players recently.
On Monday, he posted a clip of the speech to his Twitter account, discussing how no one in the world cares about you unless you are able to produce.
Yes, that’s a bit of a dark topic for a motivational speech, but it’s an interesting point, and one that Smith delivered in his trademark style:

Alabama reporter Charlie Potter says Smith will be featured on the next episode of Bama Cuts, which will be released on Wednesday:

We’ll see if more clips from the speech are revealed in that episode of Bama Cuts. For now, though, we have this clip that shows a lot about what Smith’s message to the Tide was.
