Will Levis signing with new NFL team, per report

Will Levis has landed a new NFL opportunity.
The former Kentucky quarterback was let go by the Tennessee Titans as part of roster cuts. Tom Pelissero of The Ringer reports that the New York Jets are signing Levis to their practice squad.

Levis is in Year 4 of his pro career. He’s looking for a fresh start after things did not go as planned in Tennessee.
The Titans drafted Levis with the No. 33 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft after he fell out of the first round. As a rookie, Levis started 9 games. He completed 58.4% of his passes at 7.1 yards per attempt for 1,808 passing yards with a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 8-4.
Levis was the Titans’ starter entering the 2024 season. He started 12 games amid a benching for Mason Rudolph. Levis finished 2024 completing 63.1% of his passes at 6.9 yards per attempt for 2,091 yards with a 13-12 TD-INT ratio.
Tennessee drafted Cam Ward with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. In July 2025, Levis had surgery on his throwing shoulder, leading to his placement on season-ending injured reserve.
