Two teams will punch their tickets to Super Bowl LII on Sunday as the AFC Championship and NFC Championship games will be played to find the two conference champs.

The Jacksonville Jaguars take on the New England Patriots to decide the AFC spot. The game is set for a 3:05 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS.

The Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings will play at 6:40 p.m. ET, in a game on FOX, for the NFC spot. Between the four teams, 37 former SEC players have the chance to make Super Bowl LII.
