The College Football Playoff selection committee continues to rank Ohio State at No. 1. While it won’t factor into the CFP field or bowl assignments, the Coaches Poll remains part of the larger conversation on rankings.

The Coaches are sticking with Georgia as the nation’s No. 1 team. UGA improved to 10-0 on the season, clinching the SEC East was a blowout win over a ranked Ole Miss team.

Michigan was the Coaches’ No. 2 team entering Week 11. The Wolverines, without Jim Harbaugh, picked up their most impressive win of the season, defeating a top-10 Penn State team in Happy Valley. U-M remains No. 2 in the Coaches Poll.

Ohio State defeated Michigan State 38-3 to improve to 10-0. The Coaches kept the CFP’s top team at No. 3 in the Week 12 poll.
