ESPN is already looking ahead to the 2025 college football season (as are many of us). It’s never too soon to start trying to predict what will happen this fall and which players will stand out.
ESPN’s Chris Low made his way-too-early predictions for the 2025 All-America teams, which included 10 SEC stars on the first team and 8 on the second team.
While Clemson and Ohio State led the way with 3 players each on the first team, the SEC was well-represented, as you can see below.
Here were Low’s picks for the 2025 All-America teams:
First-Team Offense
First-Team Defense
- DL: LT Overton, Alabama
- DE: Dylan Stewart, South Carolina
- LB: Anthony Hill Jr., Texas
- LB: Suntarine Perkins, Ole Miss
- CB: Jermod McCoy, Tennessee
First-Team Special Teams
Second-Team Offense
- QB: Arch Manning, Texas
- RB: Ahmad Hardy, Mizzou
- WR: Nic Anderson, LSU
- TE: Oscar Delp, Georgia
- OT: Kadyn Proctor, Alabama
Second-Team Defense
- DE: Colin Simmons, Texas
- LB: CJ Allen, Georgia
- S: Micahel Taaffe, Texas
Will Low’s predictions come true? These are all very talented players, so we’ll see what 2025 has in store for them.
